All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing, or incorrect goods received, these matters must bereported to Dr Anne Skincare within 48 hours or 1 month from the date of parcel received. This can be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and youre mail will normally be replied within 24 hours from the receipt of your email or contact our admin via WhatsApp 601111559602.
In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, www.dranneskincare.com shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate www.dranneskincare.com employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.
NO REFUND ONLY EXCHANGE
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your Exchange after inspecting the item. If your return item is approved, we will initiate an exchange and replace the item.
